Salary: $75.00 CAD Hourly - $90.00 CAD Hourly
Description:
Judge Healthcare is currently seeking Nurse Practitioners for Home Health Assessments!
Contract: Ongoing, no end date
Hours of Operation: Monday-Sunday, 8a-8p
Hours Available: Full-time or Part-time hours (2-7 days a week)
Pay: Paid per assessment, additionally no show payment & travel expense payment offered
You would be completing in-home health assessments on patients within a geographic area of responsibility. The nature of the house call visits is to complete an annual health assessment on Medicare Advantage Members. Each visit ranges from 45-90 minutes in length.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active NP license in state of need.
- Board certification required.
- BLS, ACLS or CPR certification required.
- New grads excepted.
- Home health experience a plus.
