The Heart and Vascular Center at Radnor is housed in a state-of-the-art ambulatory facility that opened in 2020. It is an active out-patient cardiovascular practice currently staffed by four anchor general cardiologists as well as multiple sub-specialty cardiologists (advanced heart failure, electrophysiology, structural, cardio-oncology, and more) rotating on a weekly or monthly basis. In FY 2023 there were 2,500 new patient visits and 14,000 return visits. The practice also oversees an active cardiovascular diagnostic center, with echocardiograms (4,000 annually), stress echocardiograms (600 annually), and nuclear perfusion stress tests (450 annually). The clinical practice at the Heart and Vascular Center at Radnor is tightly integrated into the larger division of Cardiovascular Medicine centered at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Qualifications:
M.D.; License to practice medicine without restriction or limitation in Pennsylvania; DEA Licensure. 0-1 year of work experience of related experience in a specified medical field.
As a member of the Associated Faculty, you must participate in a minimum of 50 hours per year of active and high quality teaching or equivalent service.
