Description: Our client is currently seeking a NICE CXOne Engineer
This is a Contract to Hire - W2 position only
Location: Remote
Day to day: On a daily basis the NICE CXOne Engineers will work on the global team for providing support for the implementation and of CXONE. This team is currently architecting as they are building out a new contact center. There will be some support/admin duties as well down the road.
Responsibilities:
- These engineers will be working with our business units to move users and business processes into the NICE CXone systems and onboarding new contact centers into the platform.
- All CXone functions (chat, ivr, routing, voice, recording, WFM, etc) will need to be supported.
- They will be working with our vendor partner engineers in an agile sticky team.
