Are you our next NASS Change Management & Organizational Development Lead?

Mosaic is seeking a passionate and driven person to own organizational Change Management activities within the North America Shared Services. As the NASS Change Management & Organizational Development Lead you will play a key role in ensuring projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. As the NASS Change Management & Organizational Development Lead, you will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

Where will you work?

Mosaic's FishHawk Location in Lithia, Florida is the Operational Headquarters of The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS). The employees at FishHawk provide Business Support Services to our North America Operations in the United States and Canada and support our Global Customer base in countries around the world. The FishHawk site is home to our North America Shared Services (NASS) and our Integrated Operations Center (IOC). The innovative NextGen technology of the IOC accesses information from various operational systems and site locations remotely, allowing employees to make real-time, data-driven decisions about operations from a centralized location.

What will you do?

  • Lead change management for projects
  • Survey project members and end-users to gather information necessary to formulate a change management strategy
  • Coordinate the development and management of readiness activities
  • Work closely with departmental Change Ambassadors to model and guide them
  • Collaborate with the project managers, communications lead, and others to prepare communication materials to internal and external stakeholders
  • Escalate issues and concerns to the project management team
  • Manage the development and coordination of all training materials
  • Create all training collateral, including but not limited to, slide decks, training guides, and videos
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of training and change management initiatives
  • Attend project meetings, as appropriate
  • Provide presentations using advanced knowledge and storytelling ability for executive-level communication
  • Develop and deliver effective communications to stakeholder groups that align with the change management strategy and project-specific needs

What do you need for this role?
  • A Bachelor's Degree in business, change management or related field is highly desirable.
  • 4+ experience leading change management efforts in a medium or large organization
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) is desirable
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with instructional design
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
