We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CRM & Data Analytics Specialist to join our team at Siemens Healthineers. As a CRM & Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining actionable and reliable sales indicators related to sales performance for POC in US and Canada. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our sales team by providing valuable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making.

  • In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving our organization's growth, by streamlining reports and information that is essential to making informed business decisions.
  • By utilizing your expertise in data science, engineering, and financial analysis, you'll spearhead improvements in data sourcing, cleansing, analysis and reporting.
  • Your insights will directly impact the strategic decisions in the organization's growth strategies in different markets and market segments.
  • You will initially support the US team with an opportunity to expand the role globally.
  • You will:
    • Lead the design and implementation of business reports, dashboards, and data systems to fulfill critical data requirements.
    • Utilize data technology such as SQL, Python, and/or R, to understand core business logic and transform data structures for analysis.
    • Provide recommendations on data pipeline and infrastructure decisions to optimize data delivery.
    • Prepare reports related to sales performance, sales funnel, and other sales-related metrics, including contract expiration, compliance status, and other relevant metrics, centralizing data in one accessible tool.
    • Design and maintain dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) selected by POC Leadership.
    • Support the sales team by fulfilling specific data requests related to sales activities.
    • Develop automated reports for customer meetings, such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and other relevant reports.
    • Provide ad-hoc reporting to management as needed.
    • Represent POC in initiatives related to Shareville and CPQ updates, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.
    • Update internal sites and dashboards specific to POC, ensuring information is current and easily accessible.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) based on sales roles, territories, and zones.
    • Manage the sales tracing database for primary care, by assisting in the creation of a direct user tracings dashboard the sales and marketing teams.
    • Develop and keep comprehensive understanding of the databases available at Siemens Healthineers to produce sales Point of Care (POC) dashboards.

Required skills to have for the success of this role.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8-year experience with data analytics in a large/multinational commercial organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • 5 or More Years of hands-on experience in dashboard development, data engineering, business Intelligence, and advanced analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization, with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools: Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Python, Pandas and related tools to process and manage databases.
  • Proven experience in CRM systems and data analytics within a sales-focused environment.
  • Excellent understanding of sales processes, sales funnels, and key sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present them in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with market research methodologies and data sources.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

The pay range for this position is $96,704 - $132,968 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is 8% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
