This role is eligible for a hybrid remote office scheduled.

As the NASS Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will provide consultative and business-focused recruiting services to source, select and recruit a diverse and qualified applicant pool. In this role you will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation) of primarily salaried exempt & non-exempt professionals in assigned Mosaic locations in North America, As the Senior Specialist you will serve in a consulting and partnering relationship with other functional and operational areas of the organization in order to fulfill the overall talent strategy of the organization.

What will you do?

  • Execute sourcing and recruitment and selection processes for Mosaic's workforce.
  • Complete activities related to creating job postings, intake meetings with managers to determine the strategy and service level agreements, screening candidates, conducting interviews, selection criteria, documentation, compliance, correspondence and communication with candidates, negotiating salary, coordinating offers, and finalizing the hiring process.
  • Develop relationships with candidates and hiring managers that are customer-service focused and relate back to the Mosaic brand.
  • Ensure and help coordinate consistent and best in class candidate experience process, maintain compliance through required record keeping and recommend improvements on recruiting throughout North America and other Mosaic countries.
  • Support Executive and Senior-level talent acquisition and sourcing.
  • Manage high visibility searches. Lead and participate in Global Talent Acquisition projects as assigned.
  • Execute creative sourcing initiatives to create diverse candidate pools
  • Partner to support campus recruiting, career fairs (when needed)
  • Provide input for continuous process improvement for more effective systems, processes and procedures.

What do you need?
  • A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting salaried professional and/or hourly staff
  • For those candidates without a bachelor's degree, a High School Diploma is required with at least 7+ years of experience recruiting salaried professional and/or hourly staff is required
  • Full life cycle recruiting salaried, hourly operations and production staff in a solutions-delivery based organizational model
  • Facilitation of behavioral based interviews
  • Recruiting for Corporate and Operations level positions in a solutions-delivery based organizational model
  • Recruiting and sourcing international, executive, and other high visibility roles and/or hard to find professional and technical talent, i.e., IT, Engineering, Finance
  • Experience recruiting in a staffing agency environment
  • Industry related HR/Talent Acquisition experience
  • Strong process management skills that ensure consistent quality of service delivery
  • Expert ability to effectively work and develop partnerships with supporting functions and hiring managers across the organization
  • Clear understanding of the recruiting process, the importance of the candidate and hiring manager experience and a willingness to enhance that experience through streamlined processes and consistency
  • Knowledge and understanding of employment law, recruiting strategies and culturally competent selection processes
  • Proactively protects internal and external confidential information
  • Ability to manage the full life-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating compensation
  • Ability to handle multiple searches across several disciplines
  • Ability to manage job requisitions and maintain job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and additional channels
  • Behavioral based interviewing techniques
  • Knowledge of competitive markets and industry specific data
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead groups towards consensus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
  • Applicant tracking system (ATS) is required.
  • Workday ATS and Talent Neuron experience is preferred
  • Experience with industry related recruiting tools like LinkedIn, Job boards
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching and influencing skills
