Job Description
Reporting to the Multimedia Producer, the Multimedia PA position supports the production of online content. This position performs a variety of production tasks including the creation of online and social media content as well asthe maintenance of program website and social media accounts. Please note this is a fixed term/temporary position.

Specific responsibilities include:

● Assisting in the writing and editing of clips and other information for use online and on social media taken from interviews featured on the program (proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop required);
● Assisting in ongoing production of program website;
● Sourcing, gathering and clearing supporting materials, including graphics, footage, music;
● Assisting with administrative tasks including but not limited to program descriptions and updates, distribution of show materials to internal departments and external organizations;
● Working collegially with technical and other personnel, media services and other internal departments.
Qualifications:
● A minimum of 1 year of related field, or equivalent work experience in online, social media, or television production;
● Demonstrated planning, organization, problem analysis and decision-making skills;
● Familiarity with social platform guidelines;
● Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

Candidates with some proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop are preferred.
