PayPal's Commerce Solutions & Services Engineering team in San Joseis looking for a talented full-stack engineer to work on the nextgeneration of the Merchant experience platform and Personalizationengine.   • Lead the end-to-end execution of Commerce Solutions & Services Engineering initiatives.
  • Participate in the full development life cycle, including design, coding, testing and production release.
  • Create web applications following best practices of accessibility, internationalization, TDD.
  • Partner closely with design & product to craft great product experiences.
  • Encourage code craftsmanship across team.
  • Deliver code in an agile team environment.
  • Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development.
  • A passion for technology and for developing robust, scalable, state-of-the-art software systems.
  • Architect, Design and Develop software for distributed systems with high performance, scalability, and availability requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers within the team.
  • Lead code reviews to drive the team to the highest standards for Node.js apps & web apps.
  • Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development.
