Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute creative UI/UX designs aimed at enhancing application usability.
* Work closely with product management and engineering teams to define and implement product direction, visuals, and user experience.
* Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to gather insights for design enhancements.
* Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
* Manage visual design stages from initial concept to final hand-off to engineering.
* Establish and advocate for design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
* Test applications for usability and incorporate necessary adjustments based on user feedback.

Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in UX design and development.
* UI/UX design with a robust portfolio.
* HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
* Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
* Ability to creatively and effectively solve problems.
* Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
* Capable of working in a team environment and communicating effectively across all organizational levels.
* Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
