To Plan, Organize, Direct And Control All Operations Within The Service Area In A Way That Provides Maximum Service To Customers While Maintaining, A Cost Effective Station Operation.

Minimum Education
High School diploma/GED.

Minimum Experience
Two (2) years of management experience in the last five (5) years OR completion of AiM (internal development program).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of FedEx field operations, features of service, systems, policies and procedures. Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills.

Job Conditions
Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the motor carrier safety regulations. Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations.
Non-covered safety sensitive position. Medical exam required. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
