Job Summary
This role will lead design, communication, and administration initiatives for CMG's Health and Welfare Plans. The role will partner with the VP, Total Rewards and executive leadership to shape CMG's benefits offerings within the context of listening to CMG employees, the People Solutions strategy and business objectives. Key areas of responsibility include management of CMG's benefits broker/consultant, medical, prescription and dental oversight, voluntary and flexible benefits, time off programs, disability vendor management, retirement program and overall assessment of benchmarks and financial performance.
