Your new company is a TIER ONE and ENR Developer and third party General Contractor that operates in 17 locations throughout the US. Priding themselves on a collaborative and innovative way of helping provide solutions to their clients and counterparts. They also have excellent profit sharing that you can opt into, and a good onboarding program.

Your new role will be based in one of 3 states, so the candidate needs to be able to travel nationwide and continue to do this after each assignment. The work is on DATA CENTERS, along with having a dedicated division for that type of work. They also do a lot for AMAZON and Heavy Industrial projects. They also have a very large hospitality division that encounters senior living, high rise and hotels.

What you'll need to succeed is a proven MEP Super with 5 years+ experience either for a GC or a Mechanical Sub working on high profile and technical projects such as Mission critical, data centers, SCIFF work and Healthcare.
