Intern
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Manage email campaigns for nationally known brands like Buffalo Wild Wings and Arby's. Analyze results and help visualize data to enable strategic decision making. Deliver valuable insights and recommendations to brand stakeholders across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build, test and deploy email campaigns in SalesForce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget)
Measure and visualize email and sales performance results with SQL and Tableau
Present findings and provide recommendations to improve future results
Perform email performance and A/B tests to improve email conversion rates
Provide quality assurance for marketing platform development and data integrity initiatives
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
Required Minimum: Minimum education
Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Business, Analytics or another relevant degree
Have completed their first year of an MBA or Graduate Program and will be graduating as of Fall/Winter 2021 or Spring 2022
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
Required Minimum: Minimum experience qualification
1-2+ years in Marketing, Media, Management Consulting, Strategy, or other Data Analytics roles
Familiarity with Marketing Automation, CRMs or Email Service Providers (Salesforce, ExactTarget, Oracle, Marketo etc.)
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, SQL.
Preferred: Preferred/desired experience qualification
3-5+ years in Marketing, Media, Management Consulting, Strategy, or other Data Analytics roles
1-2 years SalesForce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) or comparable platform
1-2 years Tableau
1-2 years HTML, CSS, SQL
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES:
Data literate and the ability to turn data signals into consumer-driven marketing insights
Strategic and critical thinker
Apply scientific and statistical methodologies to campaigns
