Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role would be preferred. This Marketing Coordinator would work most weeks Monday- Friday 9am to 5pm. However must be flexible to work some nights and Saturdays for conferences and other events to help promote. When not promoting at events this person would be coordinating with videography, photography and the content writer to ensure Brand awareness is being pushed out on social media and to people that would benefit from the services provided. There may be some statistics and data compiling involved as well.

What will you be doing?

Developing and implementing outreach programs to promote our organization's mission and service

Strategies to engage target populations

Lead Events, workshops and presentations

Recruit volunteers

Collaborate with organizations to build partnerships

Writing Grants

Qualifications:

1-2 years of marketing experience

Proficiency in public Speaking

Communication skill

Ability to analyze data and evaluate effectiveness

Conceptual Ability: Deals effectively with not just concrete, tangible issues but with abstract, conceptual matters

Organization: Plans, organizes, schedules, and budgets

Focuses on key priorities with strong ability to multitask
