Alfasigma USA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will support entire Marketing Team across multiple product lines and channels. Your mission is to drive and deliver all technical, tactical and operational aspects of assigned marketing initiatives. In this role, it is essential to be a self-driver, have superior attention to detail with high energy to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

  • Intake projects from the marketing team which may include:
    • Under direction of the brand team, assist in the creation of promotional assets for use in multiple channels (personal and non-personal promotion)
    • Manage communications between the Brand team and Agency partners
    • Perform quality assurance and confirm project deliverables meet expectations
    • Complete competitive research
    • Maintain digital marketing analytics
    • Website(s) and platform(s) updates, maintenance, etc.
    • Manage budget
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction through effective communication, efficient responses, and timely deliverables
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure collaboration in project activities
  • Support company initiatives through the execution of the marketing strategy and brand campaign(s) across channels
  • Provide a fresh perspective, add value to projects, and exhibit a sense of ownership in work product

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
  • 2+ years consumer healthcare/OTC, consumer packaged goods or pharmaceutical marketing experience required.
  • Previous new product innovation development and launch experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of retail, ecommerce, and brand management
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to understand results and derive actionable insights
  • Experience with marketing effectiveness and reporting tools
  • High proficiency business intelligence tools
