Client Accelerate is a virtual program that provides insights and support for partner companies to help them strategically align with Client and accelerate their success with AppExchange.
The value of the program lies in the curated curriculum, online expert-led sessions, personal mentorship and the community of participants that fosters an opportunity for peer learning and exchange of best practices.
The program includes content delivered 3 times a week over approximately 9 weeks and runs several times a year.
The Client Accelerate Program Coordinator and Video Editor will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure the consistency of the experience and the flawless delivery of key components of the program including video post-production, operational support such as updates to weekly slide decks, and design of creative assets for social media and ad-hoc marketing purposes.
This role requires significant attention to detail, organizational skills and time management capabilities.
The position is for a part-time contractor for 20 to 30 hours a week.

Responsibilities
Video Editing and Post-Production
Manage post-production and editing of all session recordings for the duration of the program (3 times a week for 9 weeks).
This will include adding intros and outros, lower thirds with speaker names and titles, clipping and editing sections of the recording.
Turnaround time is 24-48 hours
In charge of internal work stream for storing and uploading all video assets to content repositories
Creative Marketing and Copyright support
Write engaging social media copy in a conversational, customer-facing style
Design compelling visual content in support of social media copy and other marketing purposes
Operational support
Manage weekly slide deck updates
Support weekly operational tasks as needed such as preparing feedback surveys and weekly quizzes, keeping calendars updated, documentation updates, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid foundation in video post-production with deep knowledge and experience with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, iMovie, Camtasia
Familiarity with video hosting software such as Vidyard
Experience with Google Suite, particularly Google Slides
Excellent eye for detail particularly as it relates to visual content
Knowledge of graphic design tools and software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
Strong written communication skills, with knowledge of proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Exceptional project and time management skills with ability to deliver according to strict deadlines
Motivated self-starter able to work independently with ability to keep up in a fast paced environment with competing priorities and last minute changes
Fast and creative problem solving abilities for quick fixes
Excellent attention to detail and ability to internalize feedback and incorporate into future projects
