Job Description

Summary
Serve as the main administrative and front desk support for C&P NA marketing and communications team. Conducts the overall administration of marketing/ communications projects including tradeshows, publications, events specifically develop and maintain Document Templates (Word, PowerPoint and Other) and prepare PowerPoint presentations as requested

  • Maintain inventory of physical and virtual marketing and promotional materials, arranging for updates and reprints as necessary.
  • Manage and update distribution lists, prepare and disseminate general announcements including visitor / meeting appointments following standard operation procedures.
  • Coordinate front-desk activities; greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive onsite, direct visitors to appropriate person or location.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Prepares and maintains up-to-date details on trade shows and events relating to the company.
  • Entering client or appointment information into the company database.
  • Managing documents, records, correspondence and phone calls.
  • Purchasing Support
  • Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable, with all necessary marketing materials.
  • Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Education and Experience
Required:
  • Associate in Marketing, Administration or Communication
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Admin role
  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred:
  • Bachelors Marketing, Administration or Communication
  • 5 years of experience in Marketing, Administration or Communication
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
  • Language Skills: English
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic
  • Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Intermediate
  • Computer Skills: Advanced
  • Proficient to Advance Microsoft Office Suite, PPT, excel etc. SalesForce, Monday.Com and Oracle systems.
