As a Manufacturing Production Operator, you will gain new skills, working with precious metals and advanced engineered materials for our global customer base. Our Buffalo facility includes a variety of specialized roles, with opportunities for internal promotion and career growth.
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus*
You Will:
- Set up and operate equipment, with a keen eye on quality
- Refine precious metals, handling chemicals safely
- Operate casting equipment and follow processes for proper casting and melting
- Maintain equipment, performing preventative maintenance
- Inspect products to ensure high standards are met
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 months of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience and knowledge in chemical-handling, preferred
- Core mathematical skills, including converting units of measurement, computing equations with fractions, decimals and percentages
- Must be able to lift, carry and place material up to 45 pounds
- Ability to follow a regular shift schedule with positions available on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift
The selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
The candidate selected will have to qualify as either a U.S. citizen, a U.S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a Person Admitted into the U.S. as an Asylee or Refugee., a National of a country that is not prohibited from approval for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction.
