The Manufacturing Engineering intern is responsible for providing support within multiple departments while promoting a continuous improvement culture. This internship will provide a mix of exposure to day-to-day responsibilities as well as special projects in both lean manufacturing and environmental engineering
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- SAP Data Entry / Data Maintenance
- Purchasing Tasks & Vendor Communication
- Data Gathering & Analytics
- Creating Environmental Documents
- Time Studies
- Capital Expenditure Justification
Job Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (continuous improvement, process engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or other related discipline)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred
