What We Are Looking For

Under general direction, the Manufacturing Engineer Sr, performs complex engineering calculations, investigations, and tasks pertaining to the design and development of manufacturing equipment, processes, and tooling. Follows a determined and rigid engineering practice and applies sound engineering principles to deliver optimal manufacturing solutions in guidance with quality/global standards.

Performs project engineering work from design to implementation in accordance with the company's policies. Researchers, specify, evaluates, recommends and implements new automation, equipment and/or processes, sustains existing processes and equipment by identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities, process, and productivity improvements.

Exercises judgment and applies defined procedures and criteria in carrying out engineering tasks. Works independently and coordinates cross-functionally to accomplish assigned tasks and builds working relationships internally and externally.

What You Will Do
  • Perform moderately complex mfg engineering assignments and applies advanced mfg engineering principles and analysis as required.
  • Conduct technical investigations. Identifies and prioritize all engineering aspects of the project. Develops test plans and review results with the team.
  • Plan conduct and coordinate engineering assignments and several pieces of a major project. Develops formal project requests.
  • Prepare reports, graphs, planning layouts, and summaries designed to communicate project progress or results.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve routine and non-routine issues. Escalates problems and roadblocks as they occur
  • Provide, integrates, and communicates technical information and mfg engineering recommendation
  • Provide guidance to less experienced engineers (mfg) or technicians

What You Will Bring
  • Required Degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Years of Experience: 5-7 years
  • Travel Requirements: 10%
