Manufacturing Build Technicians require candidates to:

  • Performing high level electro-mechanical assembly
  • Working from test procedures, schematics, diagrams, written and/or verbal descriptions, and layouts to perform assembly and some testing functions
  • Determining methods or actions to remedy issues and malfunctions
  • Receiving general instructions on new assignments and following set processes, as well as improving upon processes to reach maximum efficiency
  • Monitoring and inspecting parts to ensure that the necessary parts are available and in working order to perform set tasks
  • Must be flexible with Shift Schedule
  • Perform other task as requested
    • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Technical AS in Engineering or related field or
  • Military Equivalent or
  • 5+ years of electro/mechanical assembly/technician experience or
  • Requires strong skills in problem solving, communication, team skills, and quality
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
  • Must be able to clear a drug screen and background check
