Manager, Revenue Accounting Responsibilities

• Leading all required month-end close activities including balance sheet & revenue reconciliations; preparation of journal entries; management reporting
• Supervises control procedures and interacts with auditors to ensure compliance with company policy, proper revenue recording, and satisfaction of quarterly and annual audit requirements
• Lead & supervise all systems design and testing related to process enhancements in the overall order-to-cash process, including month-end close activities to help drive improvements and automation
• Stay current on all latest accounting standards and pronouncements. Lead the research and documentation of accounting issues and recommend solutions for the most complex transactions as needed
• Guide and manage the revenue accounting team

Manager, Revenue Accounting Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar discipline
• 5-7 years of corporate accounting experience or public company accounting experience
• Experience in successfully leading a small team (2+ members) towards execution of organizational goals and managing individual career goals and development plans
• Flexible to meet changing priorities and the ability to prioritize workload to achieve on time accurate results
• Subject matter expert of the technical information needed in the department, including application of ASC 606 and multiple element arrangement accounting
• Has demonstrated strong abilities working in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on skills working in Microsoft Excel
• A strong communicator, written and verbally
• Experience working in NetSuite, Salesforce, NetSuite ARM, or another large ERP a plus
• Experience working in Alteryx Designer a plus
