The Manager, Provider Operations will be a key contributor to DaVita IKC's efforts to provide integrated care to patients with kidney disease. The position will support the Director, Government Business in leading key initiatives related to provider operations and developing a long term strategy for the expansion of Nurse Practitioner integrated care services to Medicare dialysis patients. The Manager will work across multiple teams and with various levels of the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
Project manage strategic initiatives to enhance the efficacy and efficiency of provider clinical care delivery
.
Effectively communicate and build relationships with stakeholders and various business lanes

Prepare, organize and display information to convey targeted messages for each audience

Problem solve national and local market needs pertaining to provider operations

Facilitate effective change management to support new initiatives including impact assessments, message mapping, communication strategy

Other duties as assigned.

Salary/ Wage Range

$68,400.00 to $100,400.00

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
