As a manager within our client network, you'll provide critical technical operations oversight to strategic clients with the goal of ensuring that the client-integrated network is functional at all times. You will play an integral role in collaborating with various teams, inside Information Technology (IT) and out. In short, your mandate will entail acting as the key point of contact for any network production issues, continuously enhancing service quality, ensuring compliance, and managing multiple business and compliance projects with large impact to the client relationship. You will be part of a broad, fast-paced team and will of course carry a high-touch, professional comportment. Some of the applications we offer to customers are (Gen III, Voyager, WUCCSA, Delivery Services, Agentlink).
For such a critical role, you'll have 5 or more years of experience in a complex financial services or global payments firm. You will have a solid understanding of FinTech (Gateway Technologies, API infrastructure, Software as a Service, and Payments infrastructure, for example). You will be well-versed in managing projects related to PC/Point of Sales (POS) IT support in a payments environment, User Acceptance Testing, and ideally have some background in Six Sigma or Lean Management. A bachelors degree in a related field is desired, though not strictly necessary.

Annual base salary gross: 81,204.00 to 143,044.00 $ USD/year. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
