SUMMARY

The Manager, Omnichannel Store Fulfillment defines and leads strategic programs focused on integrating Gamestop.com and retail store operations. This role is the primary operational contact/liaison between digital business operations and stores. The manager is the principal owner of eCommerce order fulfillment via stores and is responsible for the accurate, timely fulfillment of gamestop.com orders through Buy Online Pick Up in Store, Same Day Delivery, and Ship from & Ship to Store. The associate interacts with his or her supervisor as needed. Most activities are completed without a supervisor's advance approval.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own relationship with Store Operations and Field Leadership & associates on Buy Online Pick Up in Store (BOPS), Same Day Delivery (SDD), and Ship from & Ship to Store (SFS & STS) execution, performance, and process improvements.
  • Monitor SFS/SDD/SFS performance (Sales, UPT, AUR, SLAs, pick declines) to ensure the customer experience is optimized across each fill type.
  • Manage the relationship with Delivery Service Providers as well as monitor key performance metrics for each.
  • Supervise a team of associates responsible for maintaining store fulfillment.
  • Oversee gamestop.com inventory allocation processes to ensure real-time accuracy of products in pre-order, in-stock, out of stock and backorder statuses.
  • Define and enhance processes to maintain proper SLAs for real-time issues due to product setup, inventory allocation or fulfillment.
  • Manage and maintain processes related to product eligibility (BOPS/SDD/SFS, Safety Stock) and backorders.
  • Analyze all product and inventory setup & eligibility processes to define product enhancements for Salesforce Business Manager and Radial StoreNet platforms.
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and store operations teams to build a stronger relationship between site and store through on-site features and in-store programs.
  • Create an environment that welcomes change and fosters high levels of ingenuity and creative thinking, risk tolerance, and collaboration across multiple business units and centers of expertise.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a regionally accredited program and 7+ years relevant work experience.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in store operations or logistics at a major retailer; 2 or more years of experience with e-commerce to retail integration required.
  • 2 years' experience working in a multi-unit retail environment; eCommerce or marketing agency experience preferred.
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience preferred.

  • Proficient relationship building skills, including the capacity to predict and manage behavior, build, and leverage cross-functional partnerships within and outside of the organization, and leverage influential leadership.
  • Proficient ability to evaluate online business opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
  • Expert knowledge of retail store operations and logistics.
  • Expert financial and general data analysis skills, including the ability to mine, organize and report data; identify relevant business implications; develop recommendations, and present recommendations to audiences of varied responsibility throughout the organization, including non-financial leaders.
  • Proficient organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple, overlapping, and potentially conflicting priorities.
  • Proficient ability to meet demanding, evolving and potentially overlapping deadlines.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs like Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficient ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization.
  • Proficient presentation skills to present information to an audience of varying responsibility within the company effectively.
  • Expert understanding of GameStop's business strategy and the related ability to apply that understanding to achieve expected business result.
  • Proficient ability to prepare compelling, high-impact presentations for senior leaders and other strategic and functional stakeholders and business partners
  • Proficient organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple, overlapping, and potentially conflicting priorities.
