SUMMARY:

The Manager maintains and ensures efficient daily operations in the Telecommunications, Security & Transportation (TST) Department. Assist in maintaining and ensuring internal and external documentation on all matters for "CMS", "IDPH", "Joint Commission", and/or all Other Agencies/Departments Having Jurisdictional Authority over Standards, Policies, and Operational Procedures.

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent - required
  • College Degree - preferred
  • Five to years prior administrative experience - required
  • Has a strong interest in healthcare environment - required
  • Good judgement in a variety of situations (critical thinking) - required
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail - required
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, and external partners - required
  • Strong written and verbal skills - required
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability - required
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion - required
  • Be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response - required
  • Computer literate - required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms - required
  • Ability to adapt schedule to the office's needs - required
