Nuvera LLC is and Ashfield Engage company, they US-based healthcare consulting firm specializing in patient support programs. Nuvera are experts in optimizing the design and build of seamless patient and HCP treatment experiences.

Nuvera is expanding their team! They are in search of a Manager who will provide strategic direction, project management, and industry expertise for life science clients. Work directly with client management at the director level and above across multiple organizational verticals. The candidate will be responsible for client account development and successful delivery of several projects both domestic and global. Supervise and coordinate multiple functional, strategic, organizational, development, and technical work streams and teams. The candidate is expected to provide strategic guidance, program strategy and management. Lead client communications and facilitate working sessions with executive level leadership.
The candidate will be involved in new business development, recruiting, and other internal initiatives for Nuvera. Experience managing multiple client engagements and expertise in a pharmaceutical and healthcare industry is a must.

RESPONCIBILITIES:

  • Provide strategic direction and industry expertise to develop best-in class product marketing andaccess solutions, position products and provide other specialized services in the specialty drug space.
  • Lead and facilitate working sessions of the executive leadership, prepare and deliver executive levelcommunications and presentations.
  • Provide project management and ensure successful delivery on a portfolio of client projects. Developobjectives and project schedules for area of responsibility and ensure that they are met in a timely andcost effective manner; take corrective action to the project schedule when necessary.
  • Lead project staffing, recruiting and team building.
  • Project budget P&L planning and management.
  • Define and manage the scope of assigned projects and all associated resources.
  • Coordinate and provide internal and external project communications.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and sponsors to define project success criteria and metrics.
  • Investigate, define, plan, and manage effective development and implementation of the solutionsrelated to the project.
  • Participate in new business development.
  • Support Nuvera growth and development by actively participating in and driving internal efforts.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. MBA preferred.

Consulting Experience: At least 4 years of consulting experience in a management consulting company

Project Management Experience:
  • 1.5+ year experience managing projects focused on finding unique solutions to business problems, providing strategy, performance improvement or optimization recommendations to a client.
  • Examples of projects should include 'unstructured' projects without pre-existing methodology where you had to define an approach/develop analytical frameworks. These should be non-IT implementation projects


Performance Management Experience: Experience leading teams, formally managing individual performance and mentoring

Business Development Experience: Preferred: sold and managed at least $500k in project work annually

Stakeholder management: Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholder groups and managing cross-functional teams.

Industry knowledge: Experience working in life sciences across several of the following domains:
  • product launch/commercialization
  • product strategy and positioning
  • commercial operations
  • patient services
  • market access
  • product access and administration
  • reimbursement support
  • adherence solutions
  • hub services
  • health outcomes strategy & optimization
  • specialty pharmacy distribution
  • customer insights
  • commercial model transformation
  • customer engagement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Authorization to work in U.S.
