This position will manage the implementation, facilitation and development of a robust leadership development program across the enterprise Support Centers; coaching and guiding team members to further the program related to current business needs. This individual will have the opportunity to enhance skills around leadership, facilitation and large-scale planning and execution.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as an effective leader, growing and establishing a leadership development team, while engaging a talent pipeline for continued growth and success
• Manage the facilitation of conferences and workshops, including large-scale webinars for both in-person and virtual led programs
• Manage the development of a robust leadership development program across the enterprise
• Provide guidance and expertise of new and relevant content in the development of the Support Centers department training programs.
• Deliver new-Manager assimilations, 360s performance reviews and other established feedback processes; leading with empathy and understanding

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Education Requirements

• Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree or related work experience

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

• 3 years facilitating Leadership Development conferences and workshops
• 3 years in leading a team
• 3 years' experience with feedback delivery

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

• Experience in developing & delivering curriculum
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent project management skills
