Position: Manager II, Business Analysis and Insights
Job Location: 221 River Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030
Duties: Guide inventory management including forecasting and monitoring inventory for Categories and Advertisers. Leverage campaign performance data to analyze and identify new ways to maximize ad revenue and provide actionable recommendations to Sales teams to hit goals. Drive Advertiser trends, performance, and action-oriented metric reviews with internal teams (including revenue, impressions, and clicks by Advertiser/campaigns). Work with the Sales and Sales Ops teams to identify potential areas of opportunities and risks with contracts and model those into financial impacts. Own the enforcement of policies and processes related to makegoods, pricing, and discounts. Work with the Sales Ops and Sales teams to define the process in managing premium inventory bookings while working with the Tools teams to build automated solutions. Work with the Analytics and Tools teams to build operational and revenue models that show the impact of the strategies. Provide input to the Ad Ops teams on campaign pacing and optimization. This position does not supervise other employees.
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Communications, or related field; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Communications, or related field and 2 years of experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
Skills required: Experience conducting media and advertising analytics. Experience creating data reports for online marketing campaign performance. Experience managing and analyzing advertising campaigns. Experience creating data visualizations. Experience conducting financial analysis. Experience with forecasting and modeling. Experience developing business insights. Experience optimizing advertising inventory. Experience developing media monetization strategies. Experience coding in Structured Query Language (SQL). Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
