Position: Manager I, Product Management

Job Location: 680 W. California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086

Duties: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap by working with cross-functional teams, including business, partners, program, product, development, and design. Set the product strategy by listing out all Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and analyzing customer data. Define detailed product requirements, scopes, releases, and measure features to ensure that customer and business goals are met. Convert business requests into product requirements by leveraging knowledge of the product, system architecture, and internal integrations. Create and share product requirement documents with engineering and partner teams using Confluence. Finalize the product scope by setting quarterly roadmaps. Define metrics to measure the impacts of product features by aligning them with overall objectives. Work with teams to improve data quality in streaming data implementations. Work on improved and modified data quality needs and provide updates to schema. Drive strategy, compliance, and implementation of compliance policies with data laws. This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field and 1 year of experience in product management or related area; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field and 3 years of experience in product management or related area.

Skills required: Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Experience using the Agile Methodology. Experience executing database analysis using a Query Language. Experience with Data Governance including Data Quality. Experience with schema creation using Splunk and GitHub. Experience leveraging customer feedback for product development. Experience facilitating data visualizations using at least one of the following: Real User Monitoring (RUM) or Splunk. Experience creating Data Models using Confluence. Experience supporting Data Mappings for new initiatives. Experience providing analytics best practices for data customers. Experience building data structures. Experience working with Clickstream data. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $239,200/year to $239,200/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
