Position Summary

The Manager - CPM (Corporate Performance Management - OneStream) reports directly to the Senior Director of Global FP&A and support OneStream administration and support the leveraging OneStream capabilities to assist FP&A colleagues and others in the efficient and effective performance of financial reporting, planning, management and analysis. This position is Hybrid.

• Assist with the annual financial planning process across Enpro including supporting Enpro's divisions and Corporate
• Administer the forecasting process within OneStream
• Oversee the SOX controls and analysis within OneStream
• Coordination of divisional review content for Enpro leadership. Provide Excel and PowerPoint templates to divisions for consistent and efficient completion. Link templates to OneStream where applicable
• Facilitate the sharing of best practices by leveraging OneStream usage across Enpro's divisions and corporate thru the building of relationships
• Perform analysis of financial results which will include both recurring and ad hoc analysis
• Critically think thru best approach with internal customers in the building-out of enhanced reporting, analysis, and other functionality
• Maintain key controls in OneStream
• Creation of financial reporting presentations as requested from leadership
• Global administration of OneStream includes building cube view reports, managing metadata, preparing documentation, data integrity, and creating dashboards
• Assist / Back-up a colleague with the monthly financial close in OneStream as needed
• Support and train Enpro's divisions and Corporate personnel in learning and ongoing enhancement in the use of OneStream
• Determine, provide ideas/options for future CPM enhancement, and assist in implementation
• Enhance monthly operating and financial reviews through enhanced and uniform reporting in coordination with division finance leadership, the CEO, CFO, and CAO. Participate in quarterly business reviews with EnPro leadership.
• Serve as the communication and training bridge across Enpro to support the development and use of OneStream beyond finance to other functional areas
• Participate in the data hub set-up. Learn power BI and support the creation of dashboard reports. Facilitate OneStream leveraging data from the data hub including data validation
• Develop OneStream training program including training documentation to be leveraged for initial and ongoing training sessions for new and current users

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors in accounting or equivalent. MBA, CPA, CFA and/or other advanced business or finance related education/certification is a plus
• Five plus years of working with CPM
• Five plus years of FP&A experience and/or accounting experience is a plus
• Experience in cost accounting analysis preferred
• Experience with OneStream or HFM a strong plus
• Global perspective and experience with a business of international scale is preferred
• Experience and judgment to initiate, plan, execute, and complete goals timely
• Excellent communicator and educator of others that is respectful. Able to translate data into clear actionable information
• Experience presenting and/or training groups of people
• Success in working in a highly matrixed environment
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and to optimize work processes
• Experience identifying areas of possible improvement, creating a plan to improve, and executing the plan
