The Corporate Strategy team is a ~15 person team that reports into the CEO and works directly with the senior leaders of DaVita. We use a hypothesis based approach in problem solving to generate insights, propose strategies and provide objective support to improve decision making.

Types Of Projects Can Include:

• Growth strategies for Kidney Care, including the development of value-based payment models and alternatives to traditional fee-for-service dialysis
• Evaluation of opportunities beyond Kidney Care and corporate M&A opportunities
• Partner strategies to improve ongoing operations and initiatives
• Developing and launching new initiatives (internal start-ups)

The Manager will work with a team of highly motivated individuals with backgrounds ranging from management consulting to healthcare delivery and is expected to effectively manage individual work streams and communicate analyses within the team and with senior executives.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively within team and across organization
• Execute structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving
• Build both financial and operational models to drive towards answers
• Work effectively with qualitative and quantitative data to form strategic insights
• Distills complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories; builds appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentations.
• Presents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences
• Successfully manages relationships with senior business leaders and influences diverse group of stakeholders through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• 3-5+ yrs work experience, preferably in a strategy or project management role in an analytical environment
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Ability to drive multiple pieces of work forward simultaneously
• Ability to synthesize and convey research/analyses to senior management
• Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change
• An interest in healthcare and a desire to grow within the Village

Salary/ Wage Range

$82,800.00 to $121,600.00

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
