Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$101,005.00-$161,608.00

Summary:

Responsible for day-to-day management of the CSG Global Compliance Program. Primary responsibilities will include coordination of compliance program components (training, communications, investigations, hotline reporting, risk assessments, etc.) and other compliance-related activities. This position is also responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's global commercial insurance program. The position will assess and evaluate enterprise and operational risk to develop and implement an appropriate corporate insurance structure/program.

Position Details:

Essential Job Functions:

Global Corporate Compliance Program Management.

  • Coordinate with enterprise risk management, security, internal audit, and external parties to periodically assess compliance risks and controls, identifying opportunities to deploy solutions that support an effective compliance function, embracing continuous improvement.
  • Monitor compliance legislation and thought leadership assessing impact on Compliance program and opportunities to improve Compliance effectiveness.
  • Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for all general compliance related activities providing counsel to stakeholders.
  • Conduct due diligence for CSG customers, vendors, partners, agents, and M&A targets.
  • Works with attorneys in the legal department in the ongoing support of the Global Compliance Program which includes engagement for the review of policy, engagement of outside counsel and the Legal Department's provision of legal advice

Hotline, Complaint, and Compliance Assessment Management.

  • Manage the employee hotline and provide oversight of complaints received directly or through the employee hotline.
  • Lead and/or coordinate with internal stakeholders (Human Resources, Internal Audit, Legal Counsel, Plant locations, etc.) to conduct investigations of complaints, ensuring complaints are appropriately addressed, and corrective actions and mitigation procedures are deployed.
  • Conduct and direct compliance assessments based on relevant compliance risks with a focus on Code of Conduct topics. The assessments will determine the Compliance work plan, which the incumbent will be responsible for executing, leveraging internal and/or external resources.

Compliance Training.

  • Develop, manage, and implement effective and ongoing compliance training and educational programs for all employees to increase awareness and knowledge of compliance policies and enhance business understanding of related laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and ensure that all initial and annual compliance training is completed timely and maintains records of completion.

Global Commercial Insurance/Risk Finance Program Management.

  • Advise on strategic direction for the corporation's global commercial insurance/risk finance program to improve the company-wide insurance programs from a coverage and cost perspective for all related lines of insurances.
  • Serve as primary point person for all internal stakeholders regarding corporate insurance. Manage daily functions/operations including broker communications, employee communications, attorney/management consultations, invoice/budget management, development/management of an internal insurance SharePoint site and oversight of annual renewal activities.
  • Manage CSG's surety bonds, oversight of annual renewals and updates to surety riders.
  • Provide input into the corporation's risk control framework to proactively evolve the corporation's risk policies, standards, key processes, and practices in support of an effective risk exposure reporting capability.

Risk Assessment Management.

  • Partner with various groups/leaders to assess the potential economic impact associated with various enterprise, operational, compliance and strategic risks and provide recommendations as to structure, coverages, and retentions; benchmark program against similarly situated companies.
  • Evaluate the level and extent of protection offered by existing risk mitigation programs, tactics, and strategies; identify and suggest remediation for any potential gaps in protection.
  • Collaborate with selected insurance broker to assess and evaluate coverage for previously identified risk areas and/or emerging risk areas.
  • Expand CSG's risk assessment capabilities to include quantitative risk assessment, facilitating the development of enterprise-wide risk analysis reports and collaborating with business units on enterprise-wide risk management initiatives.
  • PCI - Understands and adheres to CSG Security and Compliance standards as they appear in Information Security, Acceptable Use, Code of Conduct, and other corporate policies. Keeps abreast of all applicable regulations, laws, and policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
  • Management ensures that the staff are trained and evaluated on their knowledge of and adherence to compliance policies and procedures specific to their jobs. Understands and adheres to CSG Security and Compliance standards as they appear in Information Security, Acceptable Use, Code of Conduct, and other corporate policies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years prior relevant work experience in the areas of ethics, compliance, or auditing.
  • Experience in corporate insurance and/or risk management

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in an international organization and working with compliance issues preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent work experience
  • Professional compliance and ethics certifications, such as Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI) or Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) are preferred.
