Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Complete assigned Preventative Maintenance tasks and order needed parts to complete tasks.

In this role you will:

• Perform daily facility inspection rounds.
• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems, to include CNC machines, manual machine shop equipment, emergency generators cooling water systems and vacuum systems.
• Follows PM procedures to ensure timely repairs of equipment on a frequent basis.
• Orders parts and materials for repair, maintenance, and improvement of systems/machines, while maintaining strong vender relationships.
• Monitors operation of the systems/machines to locate and remedy problems promptly
• Setup and operates manual milling machine and lathe to repair or rebuild components
• Welding of ferrous and nonferrous materials
• Fills out forms relating to PM`s and work orders at job completion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of three (5) years field experience in working on plumbing systems, hydraulic, pneumatic and electro-mechanical systems. High vacuum system experience a plus.
• Computer literacy, with database experience. SAP experience a plus.
• Ability to MIG weld ferrous metals as well as TIG weld nonferrous metals.
• Advanced fabrication skills required
• Good oral and written skills to prepare and deliver reports to management.

The selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

The candidate selected will have to qualify as either a U.S. citizen, a U.S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a Person Admitted into the U.S. as an Asylee or Refugee., a National of a country that is not prohibited from approval for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction.
