The Maintenance Planner will develop maintenance plans for shutdown, daily, predictive, preventative, and other required maintenance work. Responsibilities includescoping maintenance work and then acquiring parts, materials, and resources for the repairs of assets at the facility.The planner also has the responsibility of organizing, planning, and assisting with the execution of safe and efficient maintenance work by both internal craftsmen and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Key role in weekly planning meetings and maintaining maintenance backlog.
Will obtain quotes for outside support groups and plan work.
Will oversee contract labor.
Develops repetitive maintenance plans for all aspects of maintenance work.
Fill in for Maintenance Supervisor when necessary.

Required Education/Experience:

Seven plus years job related experience.
Mechanical and/or electrical background.
Minimum of high school diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.
Experience with MS Project and SAP preferred.
