In addition, Dolco manufactures fruit, poultry and meat trays, as well as other industrial packaging solutions. The Specific Role Where You Can Add Value

Maintenance Mechanic

Do you have:

• Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment?
• Performing inspections and repairing production equipment such as gearboxes, pumps, air/hydraulic cylinders and lines, process rolls, reclaim and extrusion equipment, and utilities equipment such as air compressors and water chillers?
• Preventative Maintenance programs?
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting failures on equipment?
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications, with understanding of plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic and basic electrical systems?
• Ensuring a safe work environment with demonstrated safety behavior and high quality work?
• A Continuous Improvement mindset - the ability to diagnose ROOT CAUSE and then develop processes and plans that help eliminate waste and repeat failures?
• A stable work history?
• A strong work ethic with a passion for safety?
• A "Can Do" attitude with a proven track record of reliability?
• A desire to grow in your career and MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

Current Shift Opening: 5:45pm - 6:00am. The shift schedule is rotating - i.e., 2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, etc...
