Peforms a variety of general maintenance task under close supervision reacquiring limited knowledge of the various trades such as caprentry, plumbing and electrical work.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleans, lubricates and performs routine and repetitive maintenance on Plant equipment.
Performs a variety of carpentry tasks such as repairing doors and furniture, replacing glass or constructing boxes and shelves.
Mixes and applies paint and varnish to walls, woodwork, fixtures and other plant facilities.
Inspects, adjusts and makes minor repairs to plumbing and ventilation facilities.
Performs related duties of a similar nature and complexity as directed.
