Leads Maintenance Work Close-out Activities: Reviews completed work orders to ensure proper data entry (proper asset/cc for repair, appropriate spares, etc.) and ensure all charges paid before financial close. Will also screen failure data to monitor and aid in failure analysis for critical equipment.

Maintenance Data Analysis: Gathers and examines basic maintainability problem data from field studies or databases and merges data into well-defined repair techniques, principles, and procedures. Performs specific analysis on critical, problematic equipment using Root Cause Failure Analysis and other basic reliability analysis tools with guidance.

Perform Basic Engineering Calculations: Initiates elemental engineering studies into equipment/process repairs and presents analysis details to management for approval, and also to more experienced Maintenance/Reliability Engineers to gain in-depth experience and improve judgement for experience and advancement.

Safety Leader for Maintenance: Incorporates safe work practices into analysis, design, and recommendations to ensure maintenance plans and redesigns suggested lead to safer work practices. Leads and participates in the PSM process.

Support Maintenance Excellence Team Initiatives: Provide input, insight, and analysis to support on-going team rollouts and development of future initiatives/projects. Can serve as a backup Planner or Scheduler as the need arises.
