Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary:

Maintenance Coordinator will report to the Site Manager and Site Leads at each location and will provide support in the day-to-day operations of a variety of task related to maintaining and improving facility and equipment. *Shift is Monday - Friday, 7A - 3:30P

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes the CMM Systems IFS & Dude Software to keep and update records of PM's & Repairs, Installation, removal of equipment.
  • Manages work orders in the system, ensure proper creation, planning, update, and closure of work orders.
  • Completes clerical duties like tracking, filing, or entering time and work orders.
  • Supports the Site Manager and Sit Leads as needed.
  • Maintains department file system and process time sheets accordingly.
  • Responsible for setup, automation, and optimization of reports utilized for trending and operational.
  • Works with team to build standard procedures and provides training both internal and external on proper data entry specific to application functionality and features.
  • Develops and recommends polices and procedures for best practices with used of CMMS.
  • Performs regular data analysis on parts/assets and recommends software enhancements and process changes.
  • Dispatches customer service workers to install, service, and repair electric, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and facility systems.
  • May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of experiences in facility maintenance or mechanical field. Capable of working with a maintenance software system (IFS, IWMS, Dude Solution, Crib Master)
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and must be able to acquire a fork truck, Crane and JLG operator's license.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
  • Prior experience in an office setting including some knowledge of equipment, maintenance and repair terminology.
Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk; stand; and stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

Office / industrial Shop Environment.
