We are currently looking for a candidate to provide MacOS X System Administration for multiple government customers' operating systems on the Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) network. The selected candidate will work as the primary System Administrator for the customers requiring support managing MacOS X laptops and desktops. This person shall be qualified to provide IAT-1 system administration for MacOS X systems for multiple users across two or more supported codes.

Specific job duties include:

• MacOS X desktop, laptop administration
• Apply DISA Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG) to MacOS X desktop and laptop systems
• Develop or revise cybersecurity-related technical publications such as the Password Policy, Backup and Restore Procedures, and Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs)
• Install DON Application and Database Management System (DADMS) approved software.
• Perform any necessary Information Resource Management (IRM) DADMS registrations and renewals, and comply with any and all IRM directives.

Clearance Level

• Secret

Certifications (IAT Level II)

One of the following:

• Security+ CE
• GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
• Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP)
• System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)

and one of the following:

• Apple Certified Associate
• Apple Certified Support Professional
• Apple Certified Technical Coordinator

Required Skills

• 2 + years of Experience with macOS X

Desired Skills

• MacOS X experience
• Experience with the IAVM process
