Description:
This position works the patient tray line, dish room and in the salad department reporting to the lead attendant and to the shift supervisor.
- Salad Bar: Performs routine food preparation duties such as salads and sandwiches, labeling and dating of product and completing all HAACP processes.
- Patient Tray Line: Performs assigned task such as placing food and condiments on trays, loading trays and stocking supplies.
- Dish Room: Scrapes dishes and loads and unloads dish machine
- Pot Room: Scrapes, washes and sanitizes pots and pans.
- Trucker: Transports patient food carts to floors
- Porter: Performs general sanitation duties as assigned by supervisor or lead
