Job Summary
The Loss Mitigation Asset Administration Supervisor is responsible for direct oversight of the daily functions of the asset administrator team within loss mitigation. The asset administration team is responsible for daily incoming and outgoing Loss Mitigation mail, state specific assistance programs, Loss Mitigation mediation, as well as other functions. This leader's responsibilities include training and coaching employees, coordinating and monitoring the performance of the staff and providing feedback to management. This leader is also responsible for ensuring that all applicable loss mitigation metrics are met in accordance with regulatory requirements, investor/insurer guidelines, and Flagstar Bank's Default Servicing Operations standards.
