Our client, successful logistics company in Carol Stream, is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their team. You will be providing the highest level of customer service in the industry through prompt, competitive and correct loading of all containers, routing of freight and moving freight as booked. This role requires maintaining a high degree of professional communication skills. This organization is seeking a very dependable individual who is willing to learn.

Responsibilities for this role would include:

• Ensure NDNL polices are adhered to, resolving issues with warehouse and vendors as needed
• Carefully reviewing and finalizing all loads in a timely manner to ensure carrier docs cutoffs are met
• maintain accurate and timely communication and responses to all parties (i.e. internally within local facilities, other NACA offices or agents in the US and overseas).

Requirements: The ideal candidate is independently driven has exceptional work ethic, has related customer service experience and is proficient In MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Additional knowledge of shipping, logistics, and carrier freight is encouraged.
