Litigation Paralegal - Hybrid

Beacon Hill Legal is searching for a Labor & Employment Litigation Paralegal for a law firm's East Rutherford, NJ office. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office.

This person should have at least 3 years of experience in litigation and preferably experience in Labor & Employment on the plaintiff side. This person should be able to review case facts, determine the necessary legal posture, and prepare the file from scratch.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Trial preparation and preparing exhibits
• Preparing factual case summaries and matching legal cases
• Works case files from intake to trial - summarizing case facts, building exhibit lists, requesting evidence from clients, and working with the attorneys

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Litigation experience, preferably experience in Labor & Employment
• Critical thinking skills are a must
• Ability to build a case from inception to trial
