Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support Outpatient Services with the following:
Team Leaders are independently licensed mental health professionals and experienced clinical supervisors. They are an important part of our clinics' leadership teams, providing responsive, staff-centered support and guidance. This includes professional goal setting and progress, high quality clinical service delivery, and compliance with all performance expectations. Team Leaders participate in and/or lead clinical team meetings and supervision sessions, and also provide clinic operational support and/or contract management.
Team Leaders also actively provide direct services to BHN clients across the lifespan via outcome-driven, evidence-based psychotherapy and social-emotional skills training and support. Services are delivered in a variety of settings and modalities, including clinics, homes, schools, outreach community locations, or via telehealth platforms. Clinical services include comprehensive assessments, individual, couple, family, and group therapy, and coordination with other service providers as indicated. Team Leaders formulate collaborative treatment plans, measure progress toward set outcomes, and coordinate treatment with a multidisciplinary team.

Mount Tom Center for Mental Health and Recovery in Holyoke, MAis an urban community-based outpatient mental health and substance abuse program providing on-site and outreach services. BHN at Mount Tom serves the following populations: child and adolescent, adult, developmentally delayed, mental health, substance abuse and dual diagnosis (SA/MH). At Mount Tom, Outpatient Clinicians work with a variety of specialty populations in clinic and community-based settings, including individuals' homes.
Clinicians at Mt. Tom may be eligible for loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC).
