Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Duties & Responsibilities: LCSW sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Facility provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient programming for adults of all genders who have been struggling with mental health disorders. Facility services adults who have a priary diagnosis of a mental health disorder and co-occurring substance use disorder. Facility uses Omnicell for meds and Paper charting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Human Services field required
• One of more years' experience woking with comparable patient population required
• Requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy providers - MUST have active OH licensure
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility)
