Do you want to play a role in global commerce?
The Leasing & Marketing Coordinator role requires balancing multiple priorities, being aware of and responsive to the demands of a multi-person team, and coordinating marketing initiatives with the Americas marketing group. The position will be fast-paced, handling many issues concurrently, which are often time-sensitive and/or confidential.

Here's how to do that:

  • Create, coordinate, and supervise the marketing materials - including signage, brochures, and email marketing.
  • Review, improve, and manage electronic and hard copy storage of marketing database.
  • Create marketing campaigns (multi-media) for high profile properties (new developments, large vacancies).
  • Research, create, order, and manage unique branded gifts for customers.
  • Create portfolio tour books, stacking plans, and other miscellaneous company branded materials.
  • Interact with architectural and design professionals for site, building, and space plans.
  • Production and oversight of building photography and reproduction.
  • Assist with creation and implementation of special events for brokers, customers, and the office.


Tell us if you're ready.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; and related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role within the real estate industry or affiliated business.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Acrobat. Power Point and Photoshop, with an ability to readily learn internal, corporate computer platforms.
  • Creative and experienced in visual arts (graphic, photographic, architectural)
  • Self-motivated with excellent mathematic, written and verbal communication skills, including word processing, proof-reading and accurate spelling.
  • Committed to production of timely, high quality, and accurate work.
  • Ability to support a multi-person team, including work well under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Team player and eager to support all members of the Operations team.
  • Strong initiative and focus on customer service.
  • Detail orientated with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact with co-workers and other divisions in a professional and collegial manner.
  • Ability to effectively interact with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with confidential information.
  • Ability to read plans and to reproduce and integrate into marketing materials.
  • Valid driver's license, position requires some travel to portfolio properties.


Target base compensation range of: $50,000-$63,000, plus bonus % target to be discussed during initial phone interview.
