Lord Tennyson Apartments - VOA is seeking a Leasing Agent to join the team in the Housing Division in Hayward, CA!
Objective: The Leasing Agent is responsible for the showing and leasing of apartments, and gathering and preparing the information regarding prospective resident applications.
***This is a Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5p position. The ideal candidate will know tax credit and be bilingual.***
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in office duties such as answering phone, greeting guests, etc.
- May assist the Community Administrator in re-certifications

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. General clerical skills to include but not limited to, typing, filing and computer operations.
3. Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain good relations with residents.
4. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
5. One year marketing experience preferred.
6. Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
