Lead Software Engineer If you are a Lead Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience, please read on! we are currently looking to hire a lead software engineer to join our team to lead a team of engineers through mentoring, decision making, and technical expertise.

We are a group of Silicon Valley Technologists that are changing how technology and government coexist in Washington DC (but we hire 100% remote). We are creating a powerful and Next-Gen Management Platform for lots of concerns that would normally bog down the industry! Weve partnered with organizations including ESPN, ABC, Disney and now the government! We are looking for a ground floor Engineer who isnt afraid to speak their ideas, push boundaries, and make scalable, simple and beautiful platforms that assist our clients.

What You Will Be Doing - Partnering closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and business leads
- Build products, systems, and services
- Develop and track metrics end to end
- Lead an engineering team through mentoring, guiding decision making, and key decisions to drive continuous improvement
- Write code, debug issues across servers, and lead technical discussions
