Cognizant is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer in Bentonville, AR.

Skills & Requirements

• Create test plans for Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, Database Testing, Automation Testing, Model Testing, and User Acceptance End-to-End Testing
• Execute technical testing areas including Non-Functional Requirements Testing
• Execute test plans for functional testing areas including vendor solution testing, System Testing, and user Acceptance End-to-End Testing
• Prepare periodic status reports on testing execution activities, test results, and defect management
• Document and track the progress of the activities performed by third-party vendors to resolve defects discovered during testing
• Prepare a draft schedule/timeline for Cutover Testing and live cutover activities
• Prepare Requirements Traceability report to validate test scripts verify requirements and design elements
• Create test cases/scenarios, test scripts, and acceptance criteria in test tool
• Perform Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, Database Testing, Automation Testing, and Model Testing in the test environments and record results in test tool
• Draft the Test Strategies, model the releases
• Lead the teams in offshore/Onshore model, mentor and guide and train the team
• Experience in building highly scalable and maintainable test automation framework
